Brain Stroke- Symptoms, Causes, and Precautions

2. Hemorrhagic Stroke  

It only happens when an artery in the brain spurts, inundating the nearby tissue with blood.

One should follow a proper diet including fruits and vegetables because a 2016 research states that eating these can increase happiness and well-being of a person quickly. According to the doctors, your healthy diet should consist of olive oil, nuts, vitamin and mineral supplement, and grains. 

2. Reduce Saturated Fat Intake

One’s aim should be to reduce the amount of saturated fat by 8 to 10 percent of total calories. Also, patients should avoid milk consumption, and cut down on fat products like butter or potatoes.

3. Lower High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure is a risk factor for stroke, and salt is directly related to it. Patients should consume salt less than 2,400 mg a day and must focus on eating foods like scrambled eggs, Yogurt, and soup.
